Heart-Based Energy Healing and Counseling

This is my primary offering, the one I am most excited share. If there has been anything in my life I could describe as miraculous, it would be this. There is a lot of divine help involved in this type of session. For a summary of this type of healing, please read my Home Page.
During a session, I channel so much universal, unconditional love that I might say it was overwhelming, if it wasn’t so sweet. In a way, the goal of the session for me is simply to show you how loved you are and how you are in fact one with that love. It’s amazing to me that I not only feel this mix of divine and personal love, but that it has real and powerful effects. It bridges the gap between us and makes empathy actionable.
This is truly one of the highest gifts I could have hoped to receive.
You may feel a bit unsettled, hyperactive, nervous or excited. These aren’t necessary feelings or signs, although in my experience they very often signify that your subconscious sees the potential. Part of you sees the growth and is nervous to have negativity seen and healed. Like a child about to receive a gift—excited, but also nervous to be vulnerable.
I want you to know that no problems are set in stone. From a higher perspective, all of them are completely unreal and are therefore transmutable. They rest merely on mistaken beliefs. Like the Prodigal Son who believed himself to be outcast and undeserving, but instead was received with loving, open arms as his true worth was recognized.
You are loved and deserving of love. All that is not love is unreal. A Course In Miracles says:
“Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.”
“There is no order of difficulty in miracles. One is not ‘harder’ or ‘bigger’ than another. They are all the same.”
I offer a 15-minute free zoom call so I can answer questions for you, and get a sense of what you’re looking for.
It can look a bit like talk therapy as we hone in on what is available to be transmuted. We may discuss how to let go, untangle unhelpful belief systems, and how to feel comfortable giving up burdens. Sometimes we simply sit in silence as you receive.
As I mentioned, there is a chance this healing modality may not be a fit for you at this time. If that is so, I will suggest we shift into a Brennan healing session which may be more helpful for you (and will be free).
Sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours, often landing somewhere in the middle. Based on comfort and on guidance. Sessions can be in person or remote. I am located in San Luis Obispo, California.
Brennan Healings

In addition to my Heart-Based Energy Healing and Counseling, I also offer Brennan healing work. I’m currently still a student in the school, and so sessions are free and are being offered based on my availability. If you are looking for a certified Brennan healer, please go to the official website.
I’m excited to be part of the Brennan school program and am finding a lot can be done in this more formal structure. My preference is still for my Heart Based healings, but who knows? The two may integrate over time.
Brennan healing work is similar in a way to Reiki, but in my experience, it’s much more in depth and the training to become a Brennan healer vs a Reiki healer goes much deeper. Of course, I’m sure some Reiki training paths can be quite good or extensive too, but I’ve found much more through Brennan’s work so far than from my exploration of Reiki. You can learn more from her book Hands of Light.
Brennan healing session efficacy depends on the development and ability of the practitioner as well as what the client needs and is ready to accept. As long as a practitioner is aligned with the clients highest and best good, it should never go beyond what a person is ready to receive.
Sessions typically last about 45-60 minutes, plus some additional time for talking. For these sessions, I generally recommend it to be remote, but in person is also an option!
